same day appointments require a $30 fee
rescheduling: you have up to 30 days to reschedule a appointment for any date within 60 days. All appointments must be confirmed the same day of your appointment. If your appointment is not confirmed, or there is a lack of communication during your appointment time along with no appearance, your appointment will be canceled and will result in a no call. After three no call no shows you are not allowed to book an appointment again.
