policy: A $30 nonrefundable deposit is required before locking in your appointment.
The deposit goes towards your service. All services are nonrefundable and so are deposit. there is a 10 minute grace period
After 10 minutes there’s a $15 late fee and after 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.
same day appointments require a $30 fee
rescheduling: you have up to 30 days to reschedule a appointment for any date within 60 days.
All appointments must be confirmed the same day of your appointment. If your appointment is not confirmed, or there is a lack of communication during your appointment time along with no appearance, your appointment will be canceled and will result in a no call. After three no call no shows you are not allowed to book an appointment again.
